John is involved in a number of drum related projects as a professional drummer. Originally from New York City, John moved to the San Francisco Bay Area in 1989 and has performed all over California and Nevada. After a 29 year law enforcement career he was ready to retire to Florida and continue with his music and get into voice, television and screen acting.

John's projects include playing progressive rock with Voices & Echoes from Concord and Astral Kitchen; based out of Napa, hard rock with The Capp Street Girls from San Francisco and alternative ska with Three Of... from Walnut Creek. Additionally, John toured throughout California and Nevada with the South Lake Tahoe, CA, based country western & rockabilly blues band, Little Sister.

John currently has six recording projects completed: an EP with Three Of..., a feature length album, "Worth The Risk" with The Capp Street Girls, and an EP with Voices & Echoes, an EP with Dealbreaker, an Oakland, CA based trio, a two song demo album for the band In The Moment from Gainesville, FL and a current album with the Cape Canaveral, FL based trio, Sonic Rendition.

John has appeared on Rhino Room TV in Pomona, CA; The Screw Pop Culture Radio Show in Hollywood, CA; Mevio.com TV in San Francisco, CA and on the Kelly in The Morning Show on KVYN Radio in Napa, CA. He is a member of the American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers (ASCAP).

In the Fall of 2015, John appeared as an extra in the feature length movie, Running Wild, playing a horse auction bidder. In December of 2018, John filmed an episode of "The Deadnight Shift" for the Canadian based television show Paranormal Emergency.
