Noted for his considerable versatility and fearless transformations, Rayza Sanz is a character actor whose dedication to artistic integrity and exploration of the human experience is only rivaled by his passion for the craft itself. After a brief stint at the Lee Strasberg Theatre & Film Institute in his late teens, Rayza returned to his hometown of Orlando, Florida to complete a more formal education, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Rollins College and a Doctorate of Pharmacy from the University of Florida. He practiced as a licensed pharmacist for eight years while continuing to develop his abilities as an actor by attending countless workshops and gaining on-set experience playing an expansive range of lead and supporting roles in dozens of local productions and short films. Having taken the time to build his confidence and properly refine his own process, in early 2024, Rayza retired from pharmacy permanently and moved to Los Angeles to pursue a career in acting full-time.
