Rafael Filippelli 24 Kasım 1938'de Buenos Aires, Arjantin'de doğdu. El ausente (1996), Hay unos tipos abajo (1985) ve Esas cuatro notas (2004) filmleriyle tanınan bir yönetmen ve yazardı. 22 Mart 2023'te Arjantin'de öldü.
