Raman Kumar was born to Ram Lal in 1973. He completed his schooling from Government Senior Secondary School Dera Baba Nanak in Dera Baba, Punjab. Furthermore, he graduated from Guru Nanak College, Batala, Punjab. He has been working since 1995.

Raman Kumar is the founder of Air corporates and Hotshot Music Company in India. He has worked hard to establish his businesses using his life experiences. He dipped his feet into the trade of travel in 1995. After experiencing all facets of the travel industry, he established the grandly successful Air Corporates in 2016.

In 2020, he built Hotshot Music Company. His music company has helped many singers launch their careers, some of them are Jagmeet Bhullar, Muskaan Jaitley, and Daman Sandhu.
