The owner of a traditional pastry shop is said to have bought an e-scooter on the Internet and not paid for it. He stubbornly insists that he neither ordered nor received the scooter. Billy sees it differently, and this time she wants to go by the rules. Strangely enough, her mother was very committed to the man until Billy discovered the secret: Karl was her childhood sweetheart. When further enforcement notices arrive for him, Billy's suspicion is also aroused. Should it really be a nasty mix-up? Even if bailiffs are forbidden to conduct their own research, Billy can't help it: She feels sorry for the baker, whose business has been going bad for a long time, and she wants to track down the mysterious online orders. She would also like to use the opportunity to help single parent Annika, who runs a kiosk with a rather chaotic parcel shop. Her divorced husband not only left her hanging financially but also wants sole custody of their son Tom. Meanwhile, Karl Löwe is denied a necessary loan because of his poor creditworthiness. Not least thanks to the help of her ex Gunnar, Billy gradually suspects how the identity theft came about. The fact that Gunnar needs a little break from his new wife and is staying with her for a few days unexpectedly throws Billy into emotional chaos, especially since she has seriously fallen in love with the paramedic Lukas.
