A film about brave women, a wine-crazy Brit and a changing culture. The professional world is becoming more feminine. Women realize their convictions, have their own norms, ways of thinking and look for corresponding jobs. There is a special group of women who gain a foothold in a man's world and whirl it up quite well - the winemakers. Wine critic Stuart Pigott and author Christoph Koch are convinced that female winemakers change the world of wine. Twenty years ago, women were the exception. Today, the lecture halls are full of female students who want to work in the wine industry. They experience that more and more women are successful in the wine world. That is motivating an inspiring. But how do female winemakers manage in a formerly male-dominated industry? This film accompanies four exceptional women and one of the best wine critics for almost two years. Creativity, dedication and rough everyday life to raise an out of the ordinary bottle of wine at the end of the way. You have to experience these winemakers to understand what really drives them and what changes the fascination with the wine world. A film that immerses you in a beautiful but somehow hidden world.
