Anwar Sukhoi, a Thailand drug lord, wants to expand his business empire in South East Asia. So he creates a false competition amonst drug traffickers in the region. An undercover team is formed by Bunga. This task force is comprises police and ex-criminals, each with their own special skills. They manage to thwart Anwar Sukhoi’s plan.

Jono from Betawi, Ucok from Batak and Albert from Ambon, are idealistic young policemen. But they are unhappy to be saddled with common routine cases.
