At the morgue of Santiago de Chile, the day after the World coup, Hector Herrera identifies the body of the committed singer Victor Jara. Refusing to see this body disappear like the others, he manages, at the risk of his life, to bury him. 40 years later, Hector returns to this act of disobedience.

Victor Jara, N°2547

Former Chilean political refugee, Porfirio, blind since an accident related to his commitment, returns to Chile for the first time after 30 years of exile in France. Filmed by his niece and guided by his daughter, he goes, hoping to find confirmation in his life-choices.
