Dostlarının tavsiyesiyle ve gizli bir operasyonla gönüllü bir sürgüne yollanır. Acar polis dedektifi Oscar ise, hükümet tarafından dünyaca ünlü şairin peşine düşüp onu yakalamakla görevlendirilir.
