Adını 1960’ların başında ziyarete gelen Sovyet kozmonotun verdiği, Fransız Komünist Partisi’nin buluşma üssü olan sosyal konut projesi Cité Gagarine için 2019’da yıkılma kararı çıkar. Annesi tarafından terk edilmiş genç Youri de adını aynı kozmonottan almıştır ve onun gibi uzaya ve astronomiye tutkundur. Bir yandan artık her yeri dökülen sitesinin yıkılmasını önlemeye çalışır.
