Sansür kurulunda görevli olan Enid, 1980’lerde her yanı saran slasher video filmlerinden aşırı sahneleri kesmekle sorumlu bir kurgucudur. Onay verdiği filmlerden birindeki yöntemle korkunç bir dizi cinayet işlenince Enid sarsılır.
