Rusa'nın süper kahramanlar yaratmasında ki gayesi çıkan olayları süper kahramanları aracılığıyla halkının can ve mal güvenliği riskini en asgari oranda minimilize etme derdinde idiler. Yaratmış oldukları kahramanlar uzun bir müddet kimlik bilgilerini gizli tutarak halkın arasında sıradan insanlarmış gibi yaşamlarına devam ettiler.
