Dylda, II. Dünya Savaşı’nın ardından hayatlarını yeniden inşa etmeye çalışan iki kadının hikayesini konu ediyor. 1945 yılında yaşanan II. Dünya savaşı, birçok şehrin yıkılmasına, insanların fiziksel ve zihinsel olarak hasar almasına neden olur. Savaşın üzerinden ayların geçmesine rağmen, etkilerinin oldukça taze olduğu bu dönemde yaşayan Iya, cepheden dönen arkadaşı Masha ile birlikte hayatlarını yeniden inşa etmeye çalışır.
