This film reflects on a modern fairy tale where the good fights the evil. Here we see two different aspects of the movie where realism is integrated with poetic fairy tales. A seven year old boy by the name of Marcin, who graves for love and warmth thanks to retired author Mr.Kazimierz ,flees to the land of fictional heroes created by Hans Christian Andersen. Here the screen separates fantasy from reality and for various reasons which cannot be found - Marcin has found safety here. Struggling with the prose of everyday life under the pressure of environment she does not see what is important in life.
