I Love You, Yakutsk

A young family with a baby is visiting elderly parents living in a remote northern village. Suddenly, their child becomes sick with dysentery. There is no necessary medicine in the village, the telephone line was cut off, and the roads were washed out due to the spring flood. The young father Vanya decides to get to the regional center on his own in order to call a Sunrise to the village. But the road ahead is long and dangerous.

Kazakh womanizer Erzhan persuades Yakut friend Michil to organize a safari on a rare mammoth ram in the permafrost mountains to entertain potential German investor Gernot. But things don't go according to plan when a local reindeer herder starts hunting them. Their path to success is inextricably linked with the personality of the outstanding coach Dmitry Korkin - a legendary man, a born teacher, innovator and educator. Korkin's name is forever inscribed in the history of the origin and triumphant development of freestyle wrestling in Yakutia.
