A bag whose contents are both valuable and illegal is stolen. The hunt for the bag - and the fortune it contains - involves a debt-ridden former porn actress, a corrupt cop afraid of blood, his partner who is quitting smoking, a dangerous local crime boss, and someone in the wrong place at the wrong time who ends up in the eye of the storm.
