I’ll never forget the morning my grandma died... I was seven years old, sitting by her bedside. My life felt like it was over and this was the end. She was everything to me. She was my best friend. I cried and I cried, and that was until... A bird flew down and rested on her window sill. It was radiant, peaceful, calm as could be. It could tell I was scared and started singing to me.
