Oleg Popov 31 Temmuz 1930 tarihinde Vyrubovo, Rusya'da doğdu. Ma-ma (1976), Toast of the Town (1948) ve Pedejais bledis (1966) filmleriyle tanınan bir aktördü. Gabriela Lehmann ve Alexandra ile evliydi. 2 Kasım 2016 tarihinde Rostov-on-Don, Rusya'da öldü.
