Marie-Claire Marcotte is a bilingual (English/French) writer, director, actress and producer, known for Running with Violet (2017), Abigaëlle et le date coaching (2017), La Malédiction de Jonathan Plourde (2018) and Balade (2019).

She also works in theatre as a playwright, director and actress. Her plays "Flush" and "Peau" are published by Éditions L'Interligne.
